CMAX Cinemas Palmerston
The CMAX Cinemas website, initially launched in 2004, showcases a wide range of custom-built web applications, as well as a unique and powerful content management system.
Extending beyond just basic text content, this website features a specialised system to enable the CMAX team to add and manage films and session times in the system, including the ability for the site to remain up-to-date automatically by hiding sessions and films which have already been shown and have no more sessions scheduled.
The sessions built using this system can be extended into the e-commerce facility, Shop CMAX, which enables tickets to be sold online with ease.
To add personalisation, the CMAX Cinemas website includes a membership system integrating special officers, a newsletter system and a history of previous orders through Shop CMAX.
