Carousel Media
With a strong visual identity already their stunning business materials, it was our job to translate the style, look and feel of Carousel Media's business card into a full, interactive and accessible Flash website.
This site includes video components with streaming closed captions, an intuitive navigation system and a host of accessibility features including screen reader support, contrast controls and keyboard navigation.
The best features are behind the scenes, such as a smart bandwidth profiling system that estimates the speed of the user’s internet connection, and delivers large files such as video with a filesize that is best suited to their download speed. We’ve also added dynamic resizing abilities that enable the site to be scaled to suit the screen size.
The Carousel Media site is a superb example of accessible Flash, and highlights the potential of accessibility features within a Flash website while still maintaining a great visual flair and interactivity.
